I enjoyed many of the poems read today in the Escondido Gallery and am looking forward to Tuesday's reading for the special bilingual poems at 1 p.m. at Southwestern College. I'll be reading from Light in All Directions at 11 a.m., so come down early.
ReplyDeleteWhere's the blog about the SDPA reading at Southwestern College on 5/4/10? I thought Olga Garcia's mash-up poem kept the students on their toes, and I dug Sergio Ochoa's "Ni entiendo" shirt. Of course the poems were all first-rate.
